Prenatal yoga is designed to support and empower you throughout your transformation into motherhood and prepare you for the arrival of your baby. Majority of the stretches and poses we do in my prenatal yoga classes are positions specifically designed to improve flexibility in your hips, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and so much more. I am able to focus specifically on your needs and discomforts.
This is for those who feel they have enough birth support, cant afford a doula, or don't live in the area. This includes 3 prenatal visits, an e book, and prenatal yoga
Often times we prepare so much on the birth that we neglect the postpartum period. I am here to help you create a plan as to how you would want to be supported, how you would like this transition to look like and more! am also here with any resources you may need.
This childbirth class is about preparing mind, body, and spirit for every type of birth, no matter what your plans for childbirth are. You will learn how to be an active participant in your birth and how to include your partner in your birth experience.
